DLL parser - supplier selection

Drives RecuBox.CalcBox.CalcRecuInc() in the 32-bit worker on port 8127. Engine returns ret=1001 until Recuperator SpA issues the password (request from info@recuperator.eu).

Drives proselecta2_ws.Blackbox() in the 32-bit worker on port 8128. Calls hit the Nicotra ProSelecta2 webservice at the URL below. The WebService EXE that StartWebservice() would launch locally is not in the supplier drop.
